One question guided my career
I started in commercial and marketing leadership, helping organizations grow, innovate and create value in competitive international markets. Over time, one question fascinated me more and more:
What enables some organizations to thrive through disruption while others struggle to adapt?
That question led me from business leadership to sustainability, as Chief Sustainability Officer with board exposure, and then to organizational transformation. Today my work is focused on one thing: helping leaders build organizations that are not only high-performing, but also resilient, adaptable and ready for what comes next.
